If your product is defective or damaged, please contact our support team at contact@esper.games. We will cover the return shipping and provide a replacement or full refund.

Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges due to customer preference. All sales are final. Thank you for your understanding.

Shipping Availability

We currently only ship to the following regions: Japan; the United States; and Europe (the United Kingdom, and all EU countries).

Please note that we have limited inventory available in each region, so product availability may vary significantly.

Esper Studio is a small studio located in Tokyo. We create & publish original board games, focusing on original IPs developed by us.

In our orbit, we have a range of freelancers, including Illustrators, Game Designers, and Translators who have supported our previous or current projects.

We partner with trusted fulfillment centers across multiple continents to ensure fast and reliable delivery wherever our inventory is available.

All of our games are manufactured in China and shipped via ocean freight to international fulfillment hubs. Transit times are approximately 2–3 months for Europe and North America, and around 1 month for Japan.

Once a shipment arrives at a regional hub, orders typically take 2–3 business days to be processed and dispatched. Delivery times vary by location but generally range from 1 to 7 days after shipment.

Pre-order

If a game is marked as Pre-order, it means it's currently in production or en route via sea freight. The estimated delivery timeline will be clearly stated in the product description.

Available Now

If a game is marked as Available Now, it is already stocked at our regional hub and ready for prompt shipping.
